Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used skincare products
Wigs that have been worn, altered, or tampered with
Sale or clearance items

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at glowandcrownbeauty1@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
